Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of self-efficacy and innovative ventures on students' entrepreneurial motivation, with business education as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach and SEM-PLS analysis, data were collected from 164 Grade XI students at state vocational schools in Jember. The findings show that self-efficacy and innovative ventures significantly influence business education, which in turn positively affects entrepreneurial motivation. While self-efficacy directly enhances motivation, innovative ventures do not have a significant impact. The results highlight the importance of aligning vocational education with market needs to strengthen entrepreneurship programs.
