Work-Life-Balance Reconstruction: The Key to Superior Performance Based on Malcolm Baldrige and Corporate Values (OT Value) at PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang Surabaya

This study aims to reconstruct the concept of work-life balance as a superior performance improvement strategy rooted in the Malcolm Baldrige Excellence Framework and corporate values (OT Value) at PT. Arta Boga Cemerlang. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, this study involved six informants from the sales division and analyzed the data through thematic analysis methods. The results of the study indicate that the integration of work-life balance with the Malcolm Baldrige principles and OT Values increases employee motivation, productivity, and commitment to the company. The values of Integrity, Relationships, and Winning Spirit play an important role in building a positive work culture that encourages psychological well-being and superior performance. This study emphasizes the importance of implementing a value-based work-life balance policy to support the sustainability of human resource performance and well-being.
