Abstract

This study analyzes the mediating role of interpersonal ability in the influence of entrepreneurship education and the family environment on the entrepreneurial readiness of individuals with deaf disabilities. Conducted in the Puspa Swara community, East Java, using a quantitative PLS-SEM approach with 103 purposively selected respondents, the research employed a validated and reliable questionnaire. The results show that entrepreneurship education and the family environment significantly and positively affect both interpersonal ability and entrepreneurial readiness, while interpersonal ability significantly mediates these relationships. These findings highlight the importance of integrating interpersonal skills development and family support into entrepreneurship education programs to strengthen the entrepreneurial readiness of people with deaf disabilities.
