Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation on the performance of employees in the Tapaktuan Syar'iyah Court. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a total sampling technique of 33 respondents. Data collection was carried out through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results of the study showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a contribution of 34.5%. These findings prove that increased motivation can encourage employees to work more optimally, responsibly, and provide quality services. Therefore, increasing motivation needs to be a priority in the development of human resources in the religious justice environment.
