The Influence of MBKM Internship Experience and TikTok Career Related Content on Job Readiness Among FEB UPNVJT Students with Self Efficacy as a Mediating Variable

This study aims to analyze the influence of MBKM internship experience and TikTok content related to the world of work on job readiness among FEB UPNVJT students, with self efficacy as a mediating variable. The research employed a quantitative method using purposive sampling involving 91 students from the 2021 cohort of Management, Accounting, and Development Economics programs who had participated in the MBKM internship program and were active TikTok users. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire (1–5) and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 with the SEM-PLS approach. The results show that MBKM internship experience and TikTok content have a significant positive effect on self efficacy, self efficacy has a positive effect on job readiness, and mediates the relationship between internship experience and TikTok content with job readiness. These findings indicate that practical experience and digital educational content collectively enhance students confidence and readiness to enter the workforce.
