Abstract

As the times evolve and changes in the mindset and preferences of teenagers, it is important for these schools to continue to innovate in their approach to religious and religious education. The decline of adolescents' interest in worship and spiritual songs is a particularly relevant issue in the midst of a dynamic and often individualistic modern society. Many teenagers begin to feel that spiritual songs are no longer relevant or interesting to them in the context of an ever-evolving music culture, on the other hand they tend to listen to and enjoy songs that they unconsciously have a bad meaning and are related to worship, sex drive, emotional expression, and violence. The PkM activities packaged in this seminar raise topics that are close to the lives of teenagers, because music can present a deep and meaningful experience for individuals, including teenagers. The Community Service (PkM) activity in the form of "Seminar – Music as a Media of Worship in Worship" at SMK Telkom Bandung uses a lecture-based method and question and answer.
