Innovation Strategy and Development of Added Value of Agri Products to Penetrate the Modern Market at Teuku Umar Private Junior High School

This service program aims to increase the added value of agri products through innovation and marketing strategies at Teuku Umar Private Junior High School. This activity focuses on training students and teachers in agri product processing, branding, digital marketing, and technology utilization. The methods used include socialization, workshops, direct practice, and mentoring. The service will be held on December 16, 2024, including hydroponic training and making soap based on processed palm oil. The results show an improvement in the skills of students and teachers in product innovation and strengthening school entrepreneurship. This program has implications for increasing the competitiveness of school products in the modern market and building a more productive and collaborative school community.
