Capacity Building and Business Development of the Buffalo Skin Crackers "Wahyu" Household Industry through Management and Digital Marketing Assistance

The "WAHYU" Buffalo Skin Spear Business has significant economic potential in the local creative industry sector, but still faces obstacles in the form of traditional business management, the absence of formal legality, and limited market access that hinders competitiveness. This service activity was carried out by the State Administration Study Program of Slamet Riyadi University with participatory assistance methods through financial literacy training and simple bookkeeping, facilitation of Business Identification Number (NIB) registration and OSS.go.id-based halal certification, as well as digital marketing optimization through Instagram social media which is integrated with the WhatsApp website and contacts. The results of the activity showed that partners gained increased business management knowledge, successfully obtained formal legality in the form of NIB and halal certificates, and were able to operate business Instagram accounts that support product promotion more broadly. Thus, this mentoring program has been proven to contribute to strengthening the sustainability and competitiveness of the "WAHYU" buffalo skin farming business.
