Strategy for Empowering MSMEs through Business Legality and Digital-Based Packaging Innovation in Kotabaru Reteh Village

The Community Service Program in Kotabaru Reteh Village (Introduction) aims to empower MSMEs through improving business legality, packaging innovation, and digital marketing. (Method) Activities were carried out through observation and analysis of the Business Model Canvas, assistance with NIB registration, packaging design using Canva, and training in promotion through TikTok for two active MSMEs. This program resulted in official NIB ownership, new packaging in line with market standards, and improved digital marketing skills for business owners. The KKN program has proven to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs and support the economic independence of the local community.
