This community service activity aims to increase parents' and teachers' knowledge about worm prevention and early detection through fecal screening in preschool-aged children. The activity was conducted in April 2025 at Ebenhaezer Sentani Preschool and Diaspora Kotaraja Kindergarten, Jayapura, Papua. The implementation method included health education, general health checks, and examination of children's fecal samples with parental consent. A total of 40 participants attended the education and 31 children underwent health checks, with 10 fecal samples examined. The examination results did not reveal worm eggs or larvae. This activity demonstrates that community-based education contributes to worm prevention, but continued efforts are needed to increase participation in early screening.
