This community service activity aims to formulate a tripartite collaboration model between lecturers, students, and farmers within a community empowerment framework. Using descriptive qualitative methods, the community service activity sees lecturers as innovation providers, students as technology transfer agents (bridges), and farmers as field practitioners. The collaboration results show a 30% increase in colony productivity through modified log structures and a more hygienic harvesting system. This model demonstrates that the synergy between academics and practitioners accelerates the adoption of appropriate technology in the beekeeping sector.
