Papuan students overseas face challenges in maintaining faith and building spiritual communities. This research aims to pioneer the Fellowship of Papuan Christian Students at UNPAD Jatinangor through a cell group approach, with regular meetings at the Bale Wilasa dormitory. Activities include praise, sharing God's word, prayer, and fellowship. Results show an increase in participants from 4 to 10 people, as well as positive impacts in strengthening faith, social support, and discipleship. The main challenges were fluctuations in attendance and limited resources, which were overcome through digital utilization, leader training, and cooperation with churches. With these strategies, this community has the potential to become a sustainable discipleship platform.
