Abstract

Communication is a crucial part of student life, whether in academic, organizational, or social settings. The ability to convey and receive information effectively can support academic success, build healthy relationships, and maintain emotional stability. However, many students still experience poor communication, such as misunderstandings, the use of hurtful language, a lack of empathy, and a lack of skills in expressing opinions appropriately. This unhealthy communication can have a serious impact on students' mental health. Feelings of stress, anxiety, isolation, and even depression often stem from problematic social interactions. Furthermore, conflicts between students, pressure in group work, or unpleasant treatment from the surrounding environment can also worsen students' psychological well-being.
