Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) on Organizational Performance with Operational Performance as an intervening variable in a Container Services Company. Data was collected through a questionnaire to 150 employees in the operational and logistics fields, then analyzed using the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) quantitative method through SmartPLS. The results of the study show that ICT and SCM have a positive effect on organizational performance, and Operational Performance mediates the relationship between the two and Organizational Performance. These findings affirm the importance of effective technology support and logistics systems in increasing productivity and work achievement, while making a practical contribution to management in designing performance improvement strategies based on operational strengthening.
