This study examines the impact of digital transformation strategies on healthcare service quality in primary health centers in Sabha City. Using a descriptive approach, data were collected from 384 clients, 121 service providers, and 6 managers through a questionnaire based on the SERVQUAL model. The results indicate a significant positive effect of digital transformation on service quality, with the strategic direction dimension ranking highest, supported by clear visions, implementation plans, and measurable goals. The technological dimension enhanced operational efficiency, customer experience, and decision-making, while human resource development improved technical skills and administrative performance. The legal and security dimension also played a key role in ensuring privacy, strengthening trust, and protecting institutional reputation.
